Overview
The Clinical Nurse (RN) in Neuroscience provides skilled nursing care for patients with complex neurological and ENT conditions on a specialized telemetry unit.
Responsibilities- Assessment, documentation, care planning, and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Handle advanced patient needs such as head and neck surgeries, stroke, epilepsy, and autoimmune neurological diseases, often involving complex wounds, airway management, and specialized procedures.
- 6 months to 2 years of nursing experience (preferred).
- Valid RN license and BLS certification; a BSN is preferred.
- Shifts available day and night with full-time, part-time, and PRN options.
- Unit emphasizes teamwork, resilience, and expert clinical skills to support patients through their complex medical journeys.
