Position: Patient Care Assistant (CNA) - Acute Inpatient Units
The University of Kansas Health System -  - Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing skills including vital signs, pulse oximetry, and ADL assistance; record intake and output; collect specimens as needed;
Maintain a neat, clutter-free, and clean patient room and work environment;
Maintain a safe patient environment including high fall risk interventions and hourly rounds;
Promptly notify the RN of changes in vital signs, mental status, or patient needs;
Assist with patient care tasks and family education as directed by the RN
