7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• ADN completion required.

• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Favorite Healthcare Program - University of Kansas.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

• Required Skills/
  
  Experience:
  
  1 or more years’ experience as a Telemetry RN in a hospital setting.
• Preferred Credentials: BSN preferred.

• Every other weekend required.
• No call.
• Holidays required based on unit needs; travelers must work two major holidays, choosing from Thanksgiving Eve or Day, Christmas Eve or Day, and New Year’s Eve or Day.

• General med-surg/tele unit with a catch-all patient population.

• Will likely occasionally float outside of their hired unit based on divisional needs. Units they might float to would be an acute care unit or overflow/surge (which houses med/surg patients).

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
