Registered Nurse; RN; Home Health Hospice

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a home health hospice role focused on providing end-of-life care in patients' homes.

• Responding to urgent care needs of hospice patients and families during nights and weekends
• Conducting routine and as-needed visits across the service area
• Triaging urgent situations and collaborating with hospice physicians for symptom management
• Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and family caregivers
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Delivering professional, patient-centered hospice care with compassion
• Participating in ongoing training and quality initiatives

• Missouri RN license or Compact license
• Experience in hospice nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Organization, time management, and emotional resilience

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000
• Full-time employment with on-call overnight and weekend shifts (7 days on/7 days off)
