- Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related discipline or equivalent experience
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or similar certification
- Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering experience in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in quality control or engineering
Strong knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (Control Plans, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP) - Experience with color testing equipment (Macbeth or equivalent)
- Proven ability to implement data-driven quality systems and problem-solving methodologies
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Experience conducting supplier audits and site visits
- Certification or approval for color and appearance testing
- Proficiency with internal business systems such as ERP, customer scorecards, and product databases
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols in manufacturing settings
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Advanced certifications like CQE or equivalent
- Over 5 years in a manufacturing quality role, with leadership experience in automotive environments
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments
- Capable of extended computer work and navigating production areas
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, with a valid driver’s license
