Supplier Quality Engineer

• Lead the implementation and management of Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and Supplier Performance Management (SPM) systems at plant level
• Conduct comprehensive process audits at supplier facilities and develop improvement action plans to enhance quality performance
• Identify and address quality concerns through root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures and monitoring effectiveness
• Coach and manage suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational quality standards and policies
• Drive resolution of quality issues through systematic containment, correction, and prevention strategies

• Proven track record in supplier quality management and audit processes
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and mitigate potential quality risks
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities to manage supplier relationships effectively
• Technical expertise in quality management systems and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in supply chain quality management
