At Margaritaville, we live by the lyrics of Jimmy Buffett — it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere! We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, sunshine-loving team members to bring island hospitality to life at our pool bar. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love serving up smiles (with a side of salt on the rim), this is your paradise.

• Serve tropical cocktails, ice-cold beverages, and delicious bites to guests poolside

• Deliver fun, attentive, and memorable service with a relaxed island flair

• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool bar areas

• Follow all alcohol service and safety guidelines

• Work closely with bartenders and team members to keep the good times rolling

• Create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like they’ve escaped to paradise

• 🍍 What We’re Looking For

  • Positive, upbeat personality with strong guest service skills

  • Ability to multitask in a high-energy outdoor environment

  • Comfortable working in warm weather conditions

  • Previous serving or bar experience preferred (but we can help you grow!)

  • Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
