Job Summary
At Land Shark Bar & Grill, every shift feels like a beach vacation. As a Seasonal Restaurant Server, you'll deliver island-inspired hospitality with a side of sunshine. You are the face of the party - creating memorable guest experiences through friendly service, menu knowledge, and that laid-back, no-worries attitude that defines the Margaritaville lifestyle.

Whether guests are here for a Land Shark Lager, fish tacos, or a sunset cocktail, you'll make sure they leave feeling like they've escaped to paradise.
What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and island-style enthusiasm
• Guide guests through our food and beverage menu with confidence and recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and beach-ready
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Promote seasonal specials, featured cocktails, and Land Shark favorites
• Process payments accurately and responsibly
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen team members
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience preferred (high-volume environment a plus)
  • Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused personality
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
