Palermo’s is looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Part-Time Food Demonstrator to represent our brands in retail stores and events. In this role, you’ll introduce customers to our products through live sampling experiences, drive brand awareness, and help turn shoppers into loyal fans.

• Set up and break down professional in-store demo stations
• Prepare and serve food samples according to Palermo’s standards
• Engage customers with enthusiasm, share product knowledge, and encourage purchase
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with store managers and event staff to ensure smooth execution
• Track product usage, supplies, and provide demo feedback and results
• Represent Palermo’s with professionalism, positivity, and energy

• 1+ year of customer service, food service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Previous food demonstration or promotional event experience is a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation for travel between locations
• Comfort using basic cooking equipment (electric skillets, toaster ovens, etc.)
• Serv Safe or food handling certification preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in retail environments with varying noise levels
