Seasonal Retail Associate

Duluth Trading Company is hiring Seasonal Retail Associates to deliver a friendly, down to earth shopping experience. In this role, you'll greet customers, learn their needs, and recommend our durable workwear and outdoor apparel. Key duties include operating the register, handling cash and card transactions accurately, stocking and organizing merchandise, and maintaining clean, engaging displays. You'll assist with fitting rooms, support inventory counts, and help with seasonal promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Recommend products based on customer needs and features/benefits
• Operate POS system and handle cash, card, and returns accurately
• Maintain organized, well-stocked sales floor and backroom
• Support visual merchandising and seasonal displays
• Assist with fitting rooms and customer try-ons
• Participate in inventory counts and restocking
• Follow loss prevention and safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
