Process Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services;
Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Provide Member service by acknowledging member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services;
Adhere to safety standards and procedures to maintain facility safety and proper disposal of hazardous materials;
Comply with company policies and demonstrate integrity and teamwork in daily interactions.
