Sales, Territory Manager – Respir Tech (Baltimore, ME, Annapolis, ME, Wilmington, ME)

Your Role
  • Execute outside sales and territory management, including account management and new business development.
  • Apply a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities, overcome objections, and change prescribers’ mindsets while meeting performance growth goals.
  • Conduct office sales calls, patient-profile in-services, product demonstrations, and present clinical evidence to physicians.
  • Serve as an expert on Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance coverage for the InCourage vest therapy, effectively educating healthcare teams on coverage criteria and obtaining required medical record documentation.
  • Analyze data to target priority healthcare teams and create sales call routing, while remaining flexible to adjust routing to fit pipeline management needs.
You're The Right Fit If
  • Have 3+ years of successful direct field sales, clinical education, or clinical sales support experience. Prior durable/home medical equipment or pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred.
  • Possess the following skills:
    • Field presence within the territory 90% of the time (some territories may include overnight travel).
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or an equivalent field.
  • Can successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least three days per week. On‑site roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings consists of base salary plus target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $133,000 to $153,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation may vary depending on individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.

  • Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Candidates must reside in or within commuting distance to Baltimore, ME, Annapolis, ME, or Wilmington, ME.
