Residential Business Developer

Easton Roofing is hiring an Entry Level Residential Business Developer to support the continued growth of our residential division. This is a fast paced, relationship driven role and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long term career in business development within the construction industry.

This position is not focused on direct homeowner sales. Instead, you will work to expand Easton Roofing’s presence in the residential market by building strong professional relationships throughout the community. You will represent the company at industry and networking events while supporting initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness and create new growth opportunities. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, professional, and ready to take ownership of building a territory.

• Actively develop and maintain professional relationships that generate residential opportunities
• Represent Easton Roofing at industry and networking events
• Support strategic outreach and marketing initiatives
• Track activity and manage contacts through internal systems
• Communicate consistently with leadership on progress and goals
• Represent Easton Roofing with professionalism and integrity

• Highly motivated and goal oriented

• Comfortable in face to face business settings
• Strong communication and follow up skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives at once
• Interest in building a long term career in business development
• Experience in insurance, real estate, property management, or construction is a plus but not required
