Job Description
Job Description
MWC Pharmacy is a 503A compounding pharmacy built for movement—in health, in business, and in people's lives. We help providers bridge the gap between science and service. With precision‑crafted formulas, modern methodologies, and a human touch, we make it easier for providers, clinics and med‑spas to deliver more personal care. We're looking to hire a Sales Associate with a passion for the following:
- Building new provider relationships across multiple specialties that use compounding pharmacy solutions
- Educating healthcare providers on how compounding pharmacy solutions can enhance patient outcomes
- Consultative selling—understanding practice needs and prescribing patterns to recommend the right formulations
- Being part of a transparent, partnership‑driven team that values precision and follow‑through
- Earning commission by building sustainable revenue streams—not just closing one‑time deals
The Sales Associate will contribute to Midwest Compounders Pharmacy's success by generating new provider relationships and prescription volume. Behind every successful partnership is someone who knows that strategic prospecting, thorough discovery, and consistent follow‑through are what turn qualified leads into long‑term accounts. This isn't transactional sales—you're building provider businesses by helping them deliver better patient care through compounding. This is a field‑based sales role—you'll spend the majority of your time in the field generating new provider opportunities and pushing current opportunities through the pipeline.
The Sales Associate will report to the VP of Provider Success.
- Source and qualify providers through strategic prospecting, networking, referral partnerships, and territory planning
- Conduct discovery to understand practice needs, patient volumes, prescribing patterns, and workflow requirements
- Educate providers on MWC's compounding capabilities, formulations, and pricing
- Present customized proposals and close new provider partnerships
- Work seamlessly with Account Management team to transition new providers, support activation and assist with retention efforts
- Manage sales pipeline and track activities in Hub Spot CRM
- Meet or exceed sales quota
- Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication to providers, internal teams, and leadership
- Minimum of an Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years in B2B sales, healthcare sales, or medical device sales
- Outgoing personality with the confidence to walk into medical practices unannounced, navigate to decision makers, and ask satisfied providers for referrals
- Comfortable spending the majority of work time in the field rather than working from an office or home
- Experience selling to physicians across multiple specialties (dermatology, general practice, ENT, pain management, aesthetics, etc.) preferred
- 2 weeks paid time off
- Company holidays
- Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance
- 401(k)
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
