• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at designated retail locations or events
• Engage customers through one-on-one interaction, product sampling, and personalized fragrance consultations
• Achieve daily and weekly sales goals by actively promoting fragrance products
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and display organization
• Educate consumers and store staff on brand story, ingredients, and unique selling points
• Track inventory and report stock levels or customer feedback to management
• Provide post-activation feedback and performance reports as needed
• Stay up to date on fragrance trends and competitive products in the market

• Prior experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Charismatic, outgoing, and confident in engaging with the public
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift display materials when needed

• Competitive hourly rate or commission-based compensation (depending on event)
