Essential Job Functions:
Customer Service:
Develop solid, positive working relationships with sales personnel and our customers. Assist and support sales personnel and customers whenever possible; follow through on commitments.
Supply sales personnel and customers with information on each service request. Present a positive attitude to sales personnel, customers and co-workers.
Problem Solving:
Initiates immediate investigation and research when service request is required. Takes responsibility for the service request by identifying solutions that can be resolved in a timely fashion and communicating the path of action to the appropriate associates.
Product Knowledge:
Understands the features and benefits of product lines carried
Performs other duties as required
Required
Skills and Abilities:
Must have basic computer skills, including MS Office suite.
Language skills to effectively present information and respond to questions,Reasoning ability to define and solve problems.
Qualifications:
Education Experience Licenses and Certifications High school diploma or GED5 years of related production experience
