- Kansas City, KS 66115## Description The Service Technician position provides customer service to our customers. Acknowledge any service request from inside/outside sales personnel. Coordinate service work to be done with builder/home-owner in a timely manner. Handle all purchase ordering responsibilities required to fulfill service request.#

Essential Job Functions:

* Customer Service:
Develop solid, positive working relationships with sales personnel and our customers. Assist and support sales personnel and customers whenever possible; follow through on commitments.
* Supply sales personnel and customers with information on each service request. Present a positive attitude to sales personnel, customers and co-workers.
* Problem Solving:
Initiates immediate investigation and research when service request is required. Takes responsibility for the service request by identifying solutions that can be resolved in a timely fashion and communicating the path of action to the appropriate associates.
* Product Knowledge:
Understands the features and benefits of product lines carried

* Must have basic computer skills, including MS Office suite.
* Language skills to effectively present information and respond to questions,
