Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Portal Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential checks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor entry and exit points for people, vehicles, and/or deliveries, help to confirm authorized access, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document observations, and communicate with site personnel and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including gates, loading areas, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter zones, with working environments and conditions varying by site;
Support site operations by maintaining accurate visitor, vendor, and/or driver logs, following post orders, and providing clear directions and professional assistance during routine and unexpected situations
