- Provide technical support and system administration for enterprise electronic security platforms, including video, intrusion (alarms), and access control systems
- Perform device management and programming, including configuration changes, troubleshooting, testing, and validation of security devices and applications
- Support networked security systems, partnering with Network Services and technology teams to resolve connectivity, performance, and integration issues
- Analyze system behavior, alerts, failures, and trends to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex security technology issues impacting multiple locations or systems
- Ensure security systems operate in compliance with the Federal Bank Protection Act and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Support life safety and incident response by providing timely technical assistance during system outages, escalations, or security events
- Document system changes, programming updates, and resolutions with a strong attention to accuracy and audit readiness
- Maintain effective communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and business partners while balancing multiple priorities and requests
- Experience in a corporate security role, and/or a basic understanding of security system technologies (alarms, video, and access control).
- Must have high attention to detail and be able to prioritize conflicting priorities
- Ability to multitask and work between multiples systems
- Effectively demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders to meet deliverables
- Demonstrated abilities to think critically and problem solve issues
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours (Mon-Fri 11:30am- 8pm EST) but be flexible pending team needs.
