Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production/restoration process per work order and crew chief instructions.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, ensuring the well‑being of the crew.
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
  • Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
  • Communicate openly with crew chief and other technicians.
Qualifications
  • Certification/Designation: IICRC certifications preferred: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT.
  • Foundation of

    Skills:

    Meaningful previous experience in cleaning, service, or other detail-oriented industries is highly valued.
  • Experience serving commercial properties is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
