* Pay: $40.05hr

* Training

Shift: Monday-Friday first 90days 7am-330pm

* After Training

Schedule:

3 Days on 3 Days off-you will be awarded either night or days shift based upon seniority after traning.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

* Participate in safety and good housekeeping programs.

* Adhere to environmental regulations and respond to emergencies safely.

* Install, fabricate, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery.

* Utilize diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering drawings for tasks.

* Perform carpentry, plumbing, and work with power and hand tools.

* Install and repair locks, door closers, and related hardware.

* Insulate pipes, ducts, furnaces, tanks, ovens, walls, and ceilings.

* Erect and work from rigging, scaffolding, and ladders.

* Maintain and repair auto equipment and internal combustion machines.

* Perform electric arc and acetylene welding and cutting.

* Lead, assist, and train Mechanic apprentices.

* Inspect wells and take water samples.

* Assemble or rebuild equipment and parts.

* Perform duties of a Sheet Metal Worker and operate machine shop equipment.

Skills and Abilities

* Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

* Understand verbal and written instructions.

* Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.

* Basic mathematical skills.

* Ability to secure and maintain a forklift driver's license.

Computer and Software Competencies

* Operate a computer.

* Learn the SAP system for parts requests.

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* 3-4 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright.

* Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US.

* Must be 18 years or older.

* Must be drug and alcohol-free.

* Ability to secure and maintain a forklift driver's license.

Essential

Physical Requirements /Work Environment

* Exposure to temperature extremes and noise levels.

* Prolonged sitting or standing for 8-hour shifts (and/or rotating shifts).

* Bending, twisting, handling, and controlling objects, tools, or controls.

* Lifting/carrying/moving up to 50 pounds.

* Regular attendance on-site and ability to work varying or rotating shifts.

* Wearing respirator protection.

* Participation in safety and good housekeeping programs.
