• Earn $20–$40 per hour based on experience
• Performance bonus option
• Control your schedule, work 5 hours or 40, choose the jobs and locations you want

• Paid experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing, electrical work, or general home repairs.

• Complete maintenance or remodeling projects by providing construction skills for residents and businesses in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area.
• Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients.
• Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects.

• Within 24 hours: A live team member contacts every applicant.
• Within 3‑5 days:
  Phone interview with the Owner.
• Within 5‑7 days:
  Offer letter with start date and onboarding overview.
