Industrial Specialist; Electrician & Maintenance Mechanic)

Schedule: Rotating 24/7 shift schedule (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, modify, calibrate, and repair industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, motors, drives, PLCs, control systems, and automation equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Work with variable frequency drives (VFDs), generators, transformers, servos, lighting systems, and Yokogawa DCS systems.
• Troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, 4-20mA circuits, AC/DC drives, motors up to 4160V, cranes, and combustion systems.
• Utilize electrical testing equipment and CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and reporting.
• Support training efforts and communicate maintenance activities across shifts.

• Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs and instrumentation systems.
• Knowledge of VFDs, motors, transformers, generators, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to install conduit, pull/terminate wiring, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working rotating shifts and wearing required PPE, including respirators when needed.
