Responsibilities- Execute precise diagnostics and repairs on major home appliances, including refrigeration units, laundry systems, and cooking ranges, to restore household efficiency.
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing transparent explanations of mechanical issues and offering expert guidance on equipment maintenance.
- Document service activities, including parts utilization and repair history, to maintain accurate service logs and inventory records.
- Uphold rigorous safety and industry compliance standards during every service call to protect both the customer and the equipment.
- Continuously refine technical knowledge regarding emerging appliance technologies and advanced troubleshooting methodologies.
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights that improve overall service delivery and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Demonstrated professional experience in appliance diagnostics or a related electro-mechanical field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex mechanical failures.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for field service.
- Physical capability to maneuver heavy appliances and perform tasks in diverse residential settings.
- Formal technical training or vocational certification in appliance repair.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively while working independently in the field.
- Experience with inventory management systems for parts and service tools.
