What You’ll DoAs a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the face of Aire Serv—visiting customers' homes, diagnosing issues, and making repairs or maintenance recommendations that are honest and helpful.

Your role will include:

Delivering a 5-star customer experience every time Troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems

Advising homeowners on comfort solutions and system upgrades

Using a proven process that builds customer trust and satisfaction

Have 3–4 years of residential HVAC experience

Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Can lift up to 60 lbs. and work in crawlspaces or attics

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

Show up on time, take pride in their work, and want to grow
