Foster Care Case Manager

Job Description

• Full‑time, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility will be needed.
• Provide case management services to children and families in the foster care system.
• Tasks include placement support, crisis intervention, educational advocacy, authorization of services, liaison work, provision of permanency testimony in family court, maintenance of client records, planning up to and including adoption, and recruitment of potential adoptive resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least one year of experience in social work or a related field.
• Clean driving record and applicable vehicle insurance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
