Salary Range: $18.50 – $21.00 (Hourly)

• Demonstrate compassion for and a commitment to working with children and adolescents in the foster care system.
• Coordinate and ensure the safe transportation of youth to and from placements and other designated locations.
• Safely and reliably transport youth, their personal belongings, medications, and required documentation to designated locations such as visits, appointments, court, and other activities.
• Monitor, observe, and document client behavior and activities during transport, reporting concerns as required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and agency information.

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Two years of work experience working with youth (preferred).
• At least 21 years of age and pass a background check, physical exam, and drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
