Kansas City KS Office - KANSAS CITY, KS 66102. Position Type:
Full Time. Salary Range: $42,000 - $45,000 per year.

• Assist assigned families with problem‑solving, obtaining resources, and addressing identified needs.
• Maintain timely communication with case management team members and supervisors regarding assigned families.
• Ensure electronic records in Avatar and Care Match are accurate and current.
• Provide support and assistance to the Placement Finding Team in identifying placements for children based upon current and accurate knowledge of assigned families.
• Support additional Resource Development functions through community recruitment events, screening potential resource families, leading information meetings, etc.

• At least 2 years of experience in a child welfare arena.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services related field.
• Master’s degree in social work preferred, and adoption and foster care experience preferred.
• At least 21 years of age and able to pass background, physical, and drug screening.
• A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
