Our client is a full-service engineering, architecture, construction, environmental, and consulting solutions firm, based in Kansas City, Missouri, focused on planning, designing, permitting, constructing, and managing facilities all over the world.

The Senior ERP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite environments. This role provides technical leadership for ERP enhancements, customizations, integrations, reporting, and operational support while collaborating with business analysts, functional teams, DBAs, integration teams, and project managers. The position also supports modernization initiatives involving Oracle Cloud technologies, automation, and enterprise application transformation, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring scalable, reliable ERP solutions.

• Serve as a technical leader on complex software development projects, partnering closely with designers, analysts, and other developers to create new programs and applications
• Lead significant components or entire projects, providing critical technical recommendations and collaborating with developers across other business lines
• Drive the planning and execution of the software development lifecycle for assigned projects
• Manage the end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of sophisticated, scalable software products
• Write efficient, well-documented code according to specifications and develop custom software solutions to optimize business operations
• Lead software updates, testing, and enhancements to ensure the long-term health and functionality of the codebase
• Champion coding standards and software development best practices
• Research emerging software development tools and techniques and apply this knowledge to enhance functionality and improve internal processes

• 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP modules and integrations
• Proven experience with ERP customization and support
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development expertise
• Experience working in Agile, Dev Ops, or ITIL environments
• Preferred
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion or hybrid ERP environments
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Experience leading ERP upgrades or large implementations
  • Oracle certifications preferred
  • Experience mentoring junior developers

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 8 years of related professional experience required
