The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of parts to other dealership locations and customers. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The driver also plays a critical role in maintaining the dealership’s reputation for reliability and professionalism. This position will primarily involve driving a pickup truck.

Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and a motor vehicle record check.

• Delivery Operations: Load and secure parts, deliver accurately and on time, follow routes, obtain signatures.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally, address inquiries, represent dealership.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, report issues.
• Inventory Coordination: Verify parts, assist in picking, return unused parts, ensure documentation.
• Safety And Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and lifting techniques, safe transport of hazardous materials, maintain valid license and comply with DOT regulations.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain delivery records, assist inventory tracking, communicate progress or delays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL may be required for larger delivery vehicles.
• Previous experience in a delivery or courier role, preferably in the automotive or heavy‑duty trucking industry.
• Familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns.
• Basic knowledge of semi‑truck parts is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy parts (up to 50 lbs.) safely.
• Forklift certification required upon completion of first 90 days of employment.
• Ability to hook up, disconnect, and pull a trailer as required for parts delivery.

Primarily operates out of the delivery vehicle with frequent loading and unloading of parts. Work may require exposure to various weather conditions during deliveries and occasional interaction with customers and warehouse staff.
