What You’ll Do

• Exercise final authority and responsibility as Pilot in Command for every assigned flight, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Conduct complete preflight planning: weather analysis, performance calculations, routing, fuel planning, and airworthiness verification in line with FAA, company manuals, and SOPs.
• Lead effective Crew Resource Management through clear communication, coordination, teamwork, and a safety-first culture.
• Deliver a polished passenger experience—prioritize safety, comfort, satisfaction, and serve as the primary client contact in-flight, including special requests.
• Engage actively in the Safety Management System: identify hazards, use risk-analysis tools, participate in audits, and drive corrective actions.
• Mentor First Officers and flight crew—clarify roles, provide direction and feedback, and support professional growth.
• Complete accurate trip reports, logbook entries, and operational/maintenance notes; promptly report safety concerns and equipment issues.
• Maintain all required training, medical, and currency; keep flight-crew records up to date.

• Flight experience: 3,000 TT; 1,500 PIC; 1,500 MEL; 500 multi-engine PIC; 500 jet; 250 IFR. (250 PIC in type preferred.)
• Certificates: ATP (multi-engine land, unrestricted) and current First-Class Medical.
• Preferred: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and Safety Management Systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and calm, sound decision-making under pressure.
• Proficiency with flight-planning and aviation-management software.
• Previous Part 135 experience is highly desirable.

• Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 annually
• Bonus: 15–20% target eligibility
• Relocation: Negotiable; qualified move allowances coordinated with the Controller
