Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 per year.
A bit about usTop Law Firm seeks a Director of Accounting in their Kansas City office! An ideal candidate for this role will have a background overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting & close, internal controls, treasury, cash management, audit & tax coordination and process improvement. Having a background supporting a multi‑office law firm is ideal; however, if you've worked in a professional services environment we'd love to hear from you as well!

- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
- CPA strongly preferred
- 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience within a large law firm or legal/professional services environment;
Leadership experience is a must! - Strong background in Partnership Accounting
- Previous experience overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting & close, internal controls, treasury, cash management, audit & tax coordination and process improvement.
- Experience with Elite 3E and Chrome River a plus
