Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with accounting software, and the ability to work independently while supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Assist with payroll processing (if applicable)
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support tax preparation and work with external accountants as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, Sage, etc.)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
