- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate account variations
- Support preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reports
- Assist with accruals, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner with AP, AR, and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy
- Support annual audit requests and financial documentation
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special accounting projects
- Help maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- One to three years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Public accounting experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities
