• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Prepare weekly check runs and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate AP records.
• Assist with month-end close and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure timely payment processing.

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with purchase orders, job costing, and vendor management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
