As a Staff Accountant, you'll play an important role in supporting the company's financial operations by:

• Preparing and posting journal entries
• Assisting with month-end close activities
• Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
• Monitoring fixed asset activity and depreciation schedules
• Reviewing income statement and balance sheet accounts
• Preparing monthly financial reports, revenue accruals, and utilization reporting
• Supporting special projects and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with an experienced accounting team in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Accounting experience preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a successful accounting career
