About the Position:Key Responsibilities:

- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Working knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and payroll/accounting software. Experience with ADP Run, ADP Workforce Now, Payentry, or Sure Payroll is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred. - Proven payroll experience, preferably in a multi-client or multi-state environment.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
