Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Description: Missouri Organic Recycling is currently seeking a dependable, organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our finance and administration teams with daily, full cycle accounting responsibilities. This role is ideal for problem solvers who value being part of a team.

Pay: Starting at $22.00 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoice to customers on a weekly basis
• Verify accuracy of billing data
• Resolve billing discrepancies
• Record customer payments
• Reconcile accounts receivable general ledger
• Manage collections and follow up on overdue payments
• Prepare all deposits timely and accurately
• Prepare accounts receivable reports
• Provide updates on account status
• Assist with audits
• Address customer inquiries related to billing and payments
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Financial Controller or CEO.

Qualification we Consider:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software
