Accounts Receivable​/Accounts Payable Specialist

Join the team at a well-known, successful automotive group! We are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable /Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our day-to-day accounting to ensure accuracy across all departments.

• Process all accounts payable invoices, ensuring proper authorizations and coding.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare daily bank deposits.
• Assist with month end closing.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and parts to ensure all AR/AP is posted in a timely manner.

• 2 years experience with Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with Reynold & Reynolds (Ignite) a plus
