A well‑known Kansas City organization with established roots in the community is seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant to support a high‑level executive in both professional and personal capacities. The ideal candidate is resourceful and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties that includes:
- Manage the calendar and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Manage all meetings and conference calls
- Maintain reports and any meeting minutes
- Draft presentations, letters, memos, and agendas
- Plan destination and local events
- 4+ years of experience supporting Senior Management or C‑Level Executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills
