We are currently accepting applications for a Student Intern in the Communications Department. These positons are available for internal High School students only.

Responsibilities:

* Social Media Support:
Assist in creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring social media engagement across various platforms.

* Content Creation:
Help draft and edit newsletters, write short-form content, and assist in creating graphics or simple videos.

* Event Assistance:
Provide support for internal and external events, including event planning, logistics, and on-site support.

* Administrative Tasks:
Help with general office duties such as filing, scheduling meetings, and organizing materials.

* Research:
Conduct research to support communication projects, such as identifying partners or analyzing communication impact.

* Content and Media Support:
Assist in maintaining and updating website content, and help prepare information products for various communication channels.

Requirements:

* Currently enrolled in high school.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in basic computer software, such as Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

* Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $16 per hour

Reports to:

Assistant Director of Communications

Evaluation:
Annually by Assistant Director of Communications

F.L.S.A.:
Non-Exempt
