Patient Support Representative Location:
Hybrid/In-Office – Kansas City, MO
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: M-F | 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Compensation: 19.43 per hour + great benefits
Make a difference, one conversation at a time.

• Welcome new and returning patients and guide them through their care process
• Call patients when their orders are ready to ship and provide next‑step support
• Follow up on expiring orders to help patients stay on track
• Make second‑touch calls and scheduled follow‑ups, reinforcing patient trust
• Work closely with teammates in each area to ensure seamless service

• This is a high‑volume call environment - you'll need to stay organized and focused

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Comfort working in a structured, fast‑paced environment
• Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus
