* Hours:

** 40 hours per week – Normally 8:00am – 4:00pm
** High Level:
** Assist with Mailroom and Loading Dock functions for the site.  Additionally, may escort people and support the Building Operations team as needed.
** Receiving Operations
*** Scheduled Deliveries:
Coordinate with carriers for delivery windows.
* Space Management:
Maintain organized sorting areas with clear labeling for different tenants/departments.
* Chain of custody:
Utilize a chain of custody tool when receiving and delivering packages.
** Verification & Processing
*** Package Inspection:
Check for damage, proper addressing, and hazardous material labels.
* Documentation:
Maintain delivery receipts / proof of delivery.
* Emergency Contacts:
Maintain updated contact lists for urgent deliveries
* Escalation Procedures:
Define clear steps for handling delivery disputes or issues
** Package Control Measures
*** Access Control:
Limit loading dock access to authorized personnel only
* Surveillance:
Review monitors for abnormal activity
* Secure Storage:
Lock high-value packages in designated secure areas
* Tenant Notification:
Notify personnel of package deliveries.
** Building Access and Operations
*** Escort personnel as required to appropriate work area – May be a vendor without access cards or keys.
* Support the Operations team as needed with tasks including, but not limited to, cleaning, equipment maintenance, building alarm monitoring, and building projects.
