Clark's White Glove Delivery is growing fast, and we're looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Office Assistant with logistics experience to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of the action—supporting drivers, coordinating deliveries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
This is not a typical desk job. You'll play a key role in the daily flow of a white‑glove logistics operation, working closely with our operations and delivery teams to ensure every job is executed with precision and professionalism.
What You’ll Do Administrative & Office Support- Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communications with confidence and professionalism
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents, reports, and records
- Handle data entry, tracking, and file management with a high level of accuracy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, designers, and vendors
- Provide clear, accurate updates on delivery schedules and service details
- Proactively resolve issues and ensure a seamless, white‑glove customer experience
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating delivery routes and crews
- Track deliveries, confirm completion, and flag issues before they become problems
- Support drivers and operations staff with real‑time administrative needs
- Help ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
- Assist with invoicing, paperwork, and payment coordination
- Order office supplies and support general office organization
- Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to continuously improve workflows
- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or delivery operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills—you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel experience is a plus)
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, and solution‑focused
- Customer‑first mindset with a calm, professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
