nbkc bank is currently looking for a Post-Closing Coordinator to join our post-closing team.
The Post-Closing Coordinator is responsible for receiving closed loan packages and delivering investor loan packages for purchase within a certain delivery time. They assist with ensuring our government loans and work with settlement agents to collect recorded security instruments and final title policies to deliver to the investors that have purchased loans from us.
This position will work @Flex (a combination of both in the office and at home).

What You’ll Do- Receive daily closed loan packages and review for quality control to include signatures, notary stamps, accurate dates, and loan amounts
- Scans and/or copies documents for completed files and forwards them to investors
- Completes insurance and fee processes for government loans
- Enters purchase advice data and balances with incoming wires daily
- Completes secondary audit requests from investors and resubmits as necessary
- Manages various daily reports and processes used by secondary marketing for pipeline management
- Assists in reviewing, interpreting, and communicating information from Investors
- Provides administrative support to the operations department as needed
- Scans and/or copies documents for completed files and forwards on to investors or servicers
- Delivers data and document files to agencies and investors on sold loans
- Uploads data files to Servicers for boarding
- Tracks the return of recorded documents and final title policies through Encompass and forwards to investors, servicers, and/or document custodian
- Makes direct phone calls to settlement agents as required to obtain documents when necessary
- Reviews reports from investors and internal reports to track missing documentation and follows up with settlement agents
- Follows all applicable laws and regulations
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of administrative support experience
- General knowledge of mortgage terminology, documentation, and procedures
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to organize and prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong math skills
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
