Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a seamless experience for students, partners, and internal departments.

The Customer Service Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining service excellence, managing communications, and supporting administrative coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and student inquiries
