Mutual Funds Assistant

The Mutual Funds Assistant will directly support N.I.S. Financial Services, Ozark National Life, Registered Principles, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have a data entry background, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Provide excellent service to customers and Registered Representative Service.
• Review, enter data into AS400, copy and image new applications.
• Correspondence letters to agents and clients.
• Review and forwarding of additional purchases to a variety of mutual fund companies.
• Send data entry and forwarding of address changes to a variety of mutual fund companies.
• Complete monthly blotter updates.
• Adding or detaching of policies to new and existing mutual funds.
• Opening and distribution of mail to employees and departments.
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual projects.
• Filing and imaging of correspondence.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to learn and adapt to new procedures and technology.
• Must be able to effectively prioritize workflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
