Job Overview

Di Pasquale Moore is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task to serve as our Firm’s front desk concierge. This position requires regular attendance; greeting all clients, guests and visitors and addressing their questions and needs while providing an overall welcoming environment; assisting in various administrative duties as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the face of the Firm, offering friendly service to those entering
  • Assist with handling clients documentation
  • Maintain the reception area and all conference rooms, keeping them clean and free of clutter
  • Restocking business cards and bottled water at the front desk
  • Assisting with stocking breakrooms (coffee, soda, snacks, etc.)
  • Receiving mail/deliveries – sort, organize and scan mail to respective Attorneys and Case Managers
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
  • Confident using office equipment including, but not limited to copiers, printers, postage machine, label makers
  • Fluent in English;
    Bilingual a plus
