As a key support member of our Project Management Team, you’ll help keep projects running smoothly by:

• Coordinating communication between teams
• Assisting with documentation and reporting
• Maintaining accurate files and compliance records
• Keeping projects organized and on track
• Supporting deadlines and deliverables

You’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes force that helps ensure everything stays aligned and moving forward.

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of administrative experience
• Is a natural problem‑solver
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Builds strong working relationships (internally and externally)
• Stays organized even when things move quickly
• Takes initiative and gets things done
