MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional HR Receptionist to join our Human Resources team! Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED is required, with the ability to read at a school level or higher.
- A minimum of six months of office experience is preferred.
- Must be detailed oriented with exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Must be polite and friendly to all visitors, guests, clients, coworkers, and vendors.
- Provides agency phone support from a front desk setting.
- Directs visitors, consumers, and vendors with various needs.
- Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Provides information regarding programs and agency events.
- Responsible for receiving and sending Fed-Ex, over-night, and other priority mailings.
- Maintains visitor daily sign-in/out logs.
- Assist HR department with filing, copying documents, as well as file maintenance as needed.
- Responsible for notification to upper management of any suspicious persons, packages, or happenings within the facility.
- Checks over-night and weekend messages daily, taking messages and distributing as appropriate.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
